Each of us, the school, families, teachers, and parents, will be companions with children in leading this philosophy throughout their early childhood development process in terms of personality, knowledge, and skills.
PERSONALIZED LEARNING & CARE
Each child coming to BAY Preschool has a story. A story to tell, to listen to, and a miraculous, mysterious, and passionate story to explore in the future.
The curriculum of BAY Preschool will be designed and adjusted by Teachers to suit the individuality of each child through the process of approaching and assessing their participation in learning and play activities in the classroom. This is not a one-time process but a continuous process of close connection between the child and the teacher through various activities and different stages of development in children.
Each child at each age and stage of development will have different interests and enthusiasms about the surrounding environment. This requires the educational and care program to be understood and adjusted in terms of speed and approach that is suitable for each child. The team of teachers at BAY Preschool is trained and equipped with special professional skills to build diverse experiential activities, monitor, assess, understand the acceptance and participation of each child at that moment, and then build a unique approach, a "language" suitable for connecting with the child and establishing the necessary relationship between the teacher and the child. From there, the child will be more open in conversation, actively participate in play and learning activities, and express their talents, abilities, and passions

Là ba mẹ, là người thân, là nhà giáo dục chúng ta luôn mong muốn nhìn thấy sự hứng thú đó, đam mê đó, niềm vui đó trong ánh mắt trẻ mỗi ngày, muốn biết tiềm năng, năng lực của trẻ là gì để trao dồi phát triển, muốn thấy đam mê đó cháy bỏng. Nhưng với mỗi trẻ, chúng ta sẽ tìm thấy câu trả lời cho nhưng câu hỏi đó khác nhau. Đó sẽ là những bất ngờ tuyệt vời khi chúng ta nhìn thấy sự đam mê của trẻ khi nghiên cứu về khủng long, sự hiểu biết rộng của trẻ về các nhãn hiệu xe hơi và nguồn gốc đặc điểm của từng nhãn hiệu, nhìn thấy được sự hoàn thiện mỹ thuật, kịch nghệ, âm nhạc của trẻ được bộc lộ, được nhìn nhận và phát triển.
Trường Mầm Non là một mắc xích quan trọng trong quá trình phát triển của trẻ, là môi trường đầu tiên sẽ kết nối trẻ với thế giới bên ngoài, thế giới của kiến thức, của con người, của xã hội. Chương trình học của Trường Mầm Non BAY - BAY Preschool được xây dựng trên nền tảng "Trải nghiệm rộng, nghiên cứu sâu" nhằm mang thế giới thực tiễn đến với trẻ một cách muôn màu và tuổi thơ nhất. Trẻ sẽ được tham gia nhiều hoạt động trải nghiệm thực tế và các lớp học kỹ năng, dự án chuyên sâu trong quá trình học. Đồng thời, Trường Mầm Non BAY - BAY Preschool cũng là môi trường với đủ điều kiện mà thế giới riêng, nhận thức, đam mê, tài năng của mỗi trẻ sẽ được thể hiện một cách đặc biệt bằng "Hàng trăm ngôn ngữ". Nhà Trường và Giáo Viên sẽ luôn đồng hành lắng nghe, theo dõi, trò chuyện với từng trẻ vì chiếc hộp thần kỳ đó có thể mở ra bất cứ lúc nào.
